When returning unused goods in unbroken packaging, a return deduction of 25% is made. When returning / complaining about goods, the following steps must be taken:

  1. Fill out the return form below
  2. You will receive a confirmation of submitted complaint containing a complaint number
  3. ATTENTION! New address!
    Label the goods clearly with the received complaint number and send it to:
