On Monday, June 26, 2023, Debe Flow Group acquired majority ownership in Vermeer Viking in Sweden and Norway. Vermeer Viking is the official dealer of Vermeer's machine program and products in Sweden and Norway. The former sole owners, André Hoondert and Judith Hazelager-Hoondert, will retain a minority stake and remain in the company.
With the long-term, growth-oriented vision Debe Flow Group has for Vermeer Viking and the continued commitment of the Hoondert family, both existing customers and team members can expect continuity of support and a bright future.

After André Hoondert's seven-year career at Vermeer EMEA, he and Judith Hazelager-Hoondert founded Vermeer Viking in 2011 with operations exclusively in Sweden. In 2017, they also expanded to Norway. During this period, Vermeer Viking received four EMEA Pinnacle Dealer Awards, leading to a Vermeer Hall of Fame induction and H.M. King Carl XVI Gustaf's Roval Pioneer Entrepreneurship in 2014 as well as local awards including the designation Örebro State Growth Company 2019.
