An important step in Debe Flow Group's growth journey is the news that the Group has now acquired the operations of TerraRoc Finland Oy. The company was founded in 2019 after a carve-out and is the market leader in geotechnical drilling.
The business includes the production unit in Finland, where Debe Flow Group now takes over manufacturing. Sales will continue to be global, but with the main focus on the important Nordic market.
- TerraRoc is an exciting and well-established company that we have had collaborations with in recent years. The opportunity to acquire the business arose during the summer and it fit well into our expansion. Over the past year, through our recent acquisitions in the drilling industry, we have started to build something very exciting. Debe Flow Group is a group of brands and companies with cutting-edge expertise in their respective areas. The Group is a complete supplier of Swedish-made equipment for water supply, geoenergy, water treatment, circulation, sewerage and control technology for waterborne heating systems. In recent years, the Group has experienced strong growth and now has sales of more than SEK 600 million.
